Shawn Kenney
Swift Bear...origin of her name here
Swift Bear enjoyed sharing corn with her tribe.
While Thunder Cloud's Momma shared a story.
A story about the first Thanksgiving. Reminding us to count our kernels...or candy corn.

Looks like a wonderful time.... love the "five kernels".... going to use that at our dinner table tomorrow. Thanks!
embarrassed I never knew that story. Plan to read tomorrow...and every Thanksgiving to come.
My friend gave each child a bag with 5 kernels of candy corn, such a great idea.
I'm doing the same tomorrow....each get 5 kernels...meanwhile, I ate about 50 kernels while preparing their bags
Clicked the "Swift Bear" link expecting to be directed to an earlier post. Put a smile on my face remembering Mischief greeting me at the door singing "Some day I'll be living in a big old city".
Counting you as a blessing,
MK
I didn't even notice her name until her teacher mentioned it's origin. She must talk about TS at school as much as she does at home. One of her little friend's was named....Painted Pony, perfect as her stripper name in adulthood ha
I am a blessing? Oh, bless your heart ha
Adorable! Wishing you and your family a very happy Thanksgiving! XO
Dear Jennifer -
