Mischief & Mayhem-Sisters

It's tough being the little sister sometimes

Big sisters won't let you paint

Or even sing...leaving sad faces and hurt feelings

Good Grief

Fearing my own Big Sister reading this and getting the wrong idea. Prepared for a looooong list from her tonight...detailing all of the annoying things I did to her growing up!

Patricia....with 3 older sisters at least of couple of you could team up when one misbehaved ha

I'm convinced older brothers are far more tolerant, especially if you're the only girl. I had seven brothers--four older, three younger.

During part of my growing up years, we lived on a dairy farm in Minnesota. One day my oldest brother had spent the entire morning cleaning out the stalls in the barn. "Everything" has to be shoveled out first, then the entire area swept clean before being hosed down. The last application was some sort of powdered disinfectant. As he finished for the day, came whipping through with my smug little "look- what-I-can-do" expression while skipping rope. "I can even go backwards. Watch." Well, my butt wound up in a pail of water he had set aside. Water everywhere. He pretty much would have to re-do that entire section if he could get it dry before the cows were brought in.

To this day it's hard for me to believe, but all he said was, "I think it's time for you and your jump rope to go back to the house."
